  • Full name (as shown in passport, in Roman characters)
  • Date of birth and place of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Email address
  • Phone number (including country code)
  • Travel information (arrival date, departure date, flight number, embarkation port, travel mode)
  • Accommodation address in Malaysia
  • Payment information (credit card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by us)

3. Purpose of Use

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing your MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) application
  • Sending application status notifications and completion emails
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Statistical analysis for service improvement (in anonymized form only)
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • With your explicit consent
  • When necessary for MDAC application processing (e.g., submission to Malaysian immigration authorities)
  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and consent cannot be obtained

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage of your personal information. Access to personal data is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need.

6. Data Retention

Personal information is retained for the period required by law (generally five years after the completion of the application), after which it is securely deleted. If you request deletion of your data, we will respond promptly unless retention is required by law.

Our service uses cookies to improve your experience. We may also use analytics tools that collect data in anonymized form and do not identify individuals.
