Article 1 — Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MDAC Application Support service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by MDAC Application Support (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 — Nature of the Service
The Service provides private travel assistance for individuals traveling to Malaysia, specifically helping with the MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) application process.
This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Malaysian government or any immigration authority. MDAC applications can also be submitted for free via the official site at imigresen-online.imi.gov.my.
Article 3 — Fees and Payment
- The service fee is ¥4,980 (tax included) per application.
- Payment is accepted by credit card only, processed securely via Stripe.
- Application processing begins after payment is confirmed.
- Fees are subject to change without prior notice. The fee displayed at the time of application will apply.
Article 4 — Cancellations and Refunds
- A full refund is available if the application has not yet been processed.
- Once the application has been completed and the MDAC issued, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
- Re-applications due to errors in the information provided by the customer are subject to an additional fee.

Article 5 — Customer Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted in the application form.
- We bear no liability for any consequences arising from incorrect information (e.g., name, passport number, travel dates), including denial of entry.
- You are responsible for verifying your passport validity and any applicable visa or entry requirements.
- MDAC approval is at the sole discretion of Malaysian immigration authorities. We do not guarantee approval.
Article 6 — Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting an application using another person's personal information
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Reselling or commercially redistributing the Service
- Unauthorized access to or interference with our systems
- Any other conduct that violates applicable law or public order
Article 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties
- We do not warrant that the Service is fit for any particular purpose or that information provided is accurate or complete.
- We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by system failures, policy changes, or technical issues on the part of Malaysian immigration authorities.
- We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, communications failures, or system outages.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant application.
Article 8 — Personal Information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 9 — Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 10 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
